“One to watch” – Time Out
Physicist-turned-comedian Hari Sriskantha will be guiding us through his debut hour Clown Atlas this Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
It could’ve been ‘Joy Story’, it could’ve been ‘Ha Ha Land’, it is most definitely a show about happiness nested within alterative narratives. His self-analytical humour and affable style providing the perfect medium through a complex story of joviality, glee and carefreeness.
Hari started performing comedy regularly in 2011 as part of the Edinburgh Revue, where he won their annual stand-up comedy competition in 2013. Since then, he has gone on to appear in the finals of many other comedy competitions including the BBC Radio New Comedy Award (broadcast live on BBC Radio 2) and Chortle Student Comedy Awards. In addition to his live work, his radio credits include BBC Radio 4 Extra Stands Up and Hardeep at the Stand (BBC Scotland). He has written content for The Now Show and The News Quiz (both BBC Radio 4) and also presented Socially Awkward Situations on the YouTube channel BBC Brit.
